Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

For any 1-time products (back-issues, t-shirts, stickers etc.) we will accept returns if the product is damaged in shipment - but please tell us within 15 days of receipt otherwise we might not be able to issue a refund or send a new product.

For memberships, we will offer a pro-rated refund for the cost of the membership based on the months remaining and minus the value of any incentives sent.
